JONES, Brett Gilliam, 39, of Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 16, 2021. He was preceded in death by his mother, Martha Gilliam Jones. He is survived by his son, Crayton Gilliam Jones; father, Carl Emanuel Jones Jr.; his sister, Jessika Paige Lamparillo; his brother, Brandan Michael Jones; nephew, Michael Paul Lamparillo; niece, Makenzie Ann Jones; mother of his son, Hanah Cobb; and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Brett was a devoted, loving father who loved his music and cherished his family. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 29, 2021, for a memorial gathering from 6 to 7 p.m. at Morrissett Life Celebration Home, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. His memorial service will follow at 7 p.m. in the funeral home. Final rest will be at a later date alongside his mother in Pound, Va.
