Candace P. Gokey Adkins

Candace P. Gokey Adkins, 33, of Sandston, passed away February 15, 2003. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph F. Gokey Jr. She is survived by her mother, Wanda Gokey of Wheeling, W.Va.; maternal grandfather, Ray Eagle of Doe Hill, Va.; one brother, Alex Eagle of Richmond; and special friends, Alton Adkins, Ralph Adkins, Muriel Adkins; and many many other special friends and relatives. A memorial service will be held Monday, February 24, 2003, 2 p.m. at the Famaria Baptist Church, Providence Forge, Va. Rev. Claude Evans officiating. Interment in Doe Hill, Va. at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
