Charles L. Bartlett

Charles L. Bartlett, 77, of Richmond, widower of Sally M. Bartlett, went to be with the Lord March 6, 2006. He retired from F. Richard Wilton Jr. Construction Co. after many years of service. He was a devoted father to his four daughters, Sharon and Lynne Bartlett, Donna Shelton and her husband, Lonnie, and Michele Roesler and her husband, David; granddaughter, Stephanie Ann Shelton; and his devoted dog, "Baby Girl." The family will receive friends Thursday, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 Parham Rd., where a memorial service will be held at 8 p.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
