Dear Alford Family:

I would like to extend my heartfelt sympathy. You have been so kind to me and many others. Charlotte will be greatly missed. I would come after to work to make my car payments, because I knew that Charlotte and Jim had a story to tell me. Your stories and kindness made me feel welcome (like family). Thank you for all your kindness and generosity. The death of Charlotte is a tragedy and loss to our community. Charlotte feared no one and nothing; everyone and everything was a friend and familiar. Charlotte's legacy of kindness, generosity, and laughter will leave on for many of us.

With Much Love and Respect,

Andrea and Family
