Daisy Foxx Obituary

FOXX, Mrs. Daisy B., of Richmond, departed this life October 20, 2007. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold A. Foxx; and a daughter, Mary F. Johnson. She is survived by two devoted and dedicated daughters, Florence A. Burrell and Catherine F. Miller; a devoted son-in-law, Lorenzo B. Burrell; 13 grandchildren, among them, Daisy Foxx Bey (Tyrone), Robert Scarborough Jr. (Shirley), Brenda S. Myers (Henry), Alan S. Miller, Faye B. Chandler (Raymond), Linda B. Mosby and Uronda V. Burrell; 15 great-grandchildren, five great-great-granddaughters, and other relatives and friends. She had a little dog named Foxxy whom she loved. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Friday, 1 p.m., at Riverview Baptist Church located at 2600 Idlewood Avenue, where remains will lie in state one hour prior to funeral time. Dr. Stephen Hewlett, pastor, officiating. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 12:45 p.m. Friday. Online condolences can be made at www.jenkinsjr.com.
