Derrick O'June Parker, 53, of Richmond, departed this life Wednesday, October 30, 2024. He was preceded in death by his father, O'June A. Jackson, Jr. He leaves cherished memories to his loving wife, Dr. GiTonya Parker; sons, Jabari and Jaedon Parker; mother, Holly Parker Jefferson; and a host of other family members and friends.
He rests at March Funeral Home, 2110 E. Laburnum Ave. Visitation Saturday, November 9, 2024, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Family hour 2 to 3 p.m. Funeral Service 1 p.m., Monday, November 11, 2024, at March Funeral Home chapel. Interment Private.

To the family of Derrick Parker,
On behalf of the entire BCTGM Local 358 family, we wish to extend our deepest condolences to you on the loss of our beloved brother, Derrick Parker. Derrick was more than just a member of our Union-he was a valued and cherished part of our community. His dedication, strength, and warmth will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of working alongside him.
Derrick´s contributions to our Union were not only significant but also heartfelt. He was a shining example of solidarity and compassion, consistently embodying the values we hold so dear. He enriched our Union with his spirit, and his legacy will live on in the countless lives he touched.
During the difficult time, may you find peace in the memories that God has given you of Derrick, and comfort in the knowledge that those memories will never be forgotten.
