Diana,
It has been a year since our world lost two angels, with the Lord calling you to our heavenly home. We will always love and miss you. As Jacob & Cara miss their "DeeDee". You are a bright light and "just keep swimming".
We love and miss you !!
Love,
Jeff, Sherry, Jacob & Cara

To the Hahn family, What special people you must be to have raised such a beautiful child who has had such a impact on so many. My heart aches for your loss. Your angel now has wings and will forever be the gentle breeze that you feel blowing against your cheek and the warm sunlight you feel on your face, watching over you. Although these are the worst of times, find comfort that she has meant so much to so many. Our community sends prayers and heartfelt hugs your way.

Thinking of you all on Diana's birthday. Still not believing it, but understanding that God has a plan for us all. Nationals in Seattle were tough on us all, but we proudly wore our yellow "Diana" shirts, our yellow wrist ribbons, a huge yellow ribbon on our team banner and yellow material was sewn into the straps of all the girls suits and headpieces! My prayers are with you and I love you! And remember...you are all always part of our team!

To the Hahn Family,
I cannot express how sorry I am for your loss. Although I don't know you or Diana, I'm sure she was a wonderful young woman with a promising future. Having lost my 21 year old daughter two years ago in a car accident, I know only too well your pain. I have no magic words to share but offer support and love for you during this tragic time. I hope you know that Diana is now in a wonderful, peaceful place filled with God's love. May her memories sustain you now and in the future. You will all be together again in God's time. Until then, I know Diana would want to go on and live life to its fullest.
Grace and Peace,

Dear Hahn Family- I really don't know what to say to you, but that I am sorry. Diana was an amazing girl with a great passion for life and everything in it. I will never forget talking to her in class about our report we had to do on what we wanted to be when we grew up. She wanted to own a bakery and be a chef, and her passion for baking was truely great. I was touched by her spirit and never ending smiles, it helped me get through days that were dreadful. She will always be in my heart and I will never forget her love towards others. People always tell me to "Look up to the stars when you're feeling blue, because your angels will always be looking down on you". Hahn family, don't forget to look up, because not only will Diana be in your hearts forever, but she will always be watching over you. God Bless you all, my thoughts and prayers will be with you.

Dear Hahn Family,
As sponsor of the Spanish Club at James River High School, I know that Diana made a significant contribution to our organization. This past year I was a mentor to her Spanish teacher, Diana Niemas.
SeƱora Niemas told me how Diana organized a surprise birthday party for her teacher, and of course baked her a delicious cake. I know that your Diana will always have a very special place in my Diana's heart. The Spanish Club is making a donation in her memory to the Bon Air Baptist Church Youth Group. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Linda and Will,
I am so sorry for your loss. We haven't seen your family in a few years but remember a lot of fun times with the kids at Greenfield pool. Diana was such a sweet girl. I remember when she first started the swim team and would kick so hard from one end to the other. Now she is a special angel watching over her family and friends. I can't imagine the pain you are feeling right now but know your faith will lead you through it. Plese know our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Linda and Will
Karen called me yesterday and told me the news of Diana's death. It is hard to know what to say at a time like this. I am not very good with words, but I am a great listener. If you ever need a shoulder to lean on or someone to talk to you can count on me like I have counted on you so very many times. Please know that your whole family is in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Beth

To Diana's parents and grandparents and other family members. I am deeply sorry for your precious loss. I did not know Diana but I remember Kassidy when she was a little girl and played with my daughter, Brooke. This is such a terrible loss for the entire family. Bless all of the Hahn family. Both girls are with Heavenly Father and are both very special spirits.

Diana-
Where to even start...everyday you always had a smile on your face, and it brought everyone else's day higher. You are one of those rare people who just seemed blissfully happy. No one can take that away from you, and no one can take that memory away from us. You will be missed at James River, and during lunches. I will always love you, but I am glad that I have someone as amazing as you looking over me. God Bless.

Dear Linda and family, I have not seen or talked to you in many years. You and I played many days on your side porch, you always being the "teacher" and me, the "student"!! There was nothing you could ever tell me that was wrong in my eyes!! I am so sorry to hear of your loss, this is a difficult time. I can only imagine your grief since I have two girls of my own, I know we always assume our children will not leave us first. I know you will find comfort knowing that she is with Jesus, yet the grief is what we are left to deal with. I will keep you and your family in my prayers, asking that you find the needed strength to get thru the days ahead. Please, don't hesitate to call me Linda, if you need a ear. All my love, Pat Ross (Thrift) home phone-559-0154

Our family and church are praying for you.

I can't believe we are going through this again. But because of Diana's faith, and the faith of her family, the entire Dolpholina family will do it...somehow. I know the service tonight was very, very difficult for the family, but what an uplifting celebration of Diana's life. Thanks to the youth for the beautiful song and to Scott for the beautiful music. Diana was such a beautiful, sweet, trusting soul. I'll never forget her smile....there's never been one so bright. And I'll never forget her excitement about being at practice each night. She was such an important part of our team and she'll be missed tremendously. When we get to Nationals next week, I know the girls will be competing with heavy hearts, but they'll do their best because that's what Diana would have wanted. Thanks Will & Linda for allowing me the opportunity to work with Diana. I'm blessed to have had her in my life. As we've been saying about Jessica I now say about Diana... "The only thing that gives me hope is knowing I'll see you again someday". And I know I will- in heaven. That makes me smile. God bless you all.

Diana, you we're such a shining star...I will definitely miss that gorgeous smile that I saw every other day this past school year...You were such a joy to sit with at lunch, you always had a positive attitude, something that we all admired you for. You we're such a great cook, I remember one of the many things I liked about you was that you knew what you wanted to achieve in life and you had so many goals that you wanted to accomplish. It breaks my heart that you won't ever get to fulfill your dreams of opening up that pastry shop you wanted so much, but all of us who miss you know that the angels will be eating well in heaven. Keep an eye on us Miss Diana, we miss you so much...but we know you're in a better place<3 May angels lead you in, we all can picture you with wings:-) Your family is in my prayers.

Diana,
Students come and go through the years for teachers. But there are some that stay in your mind and touch your heart in ways that bless you in a way that can not bel explained. The first time you step foot in my Culinary Arts class with such wonderful expections and belief in yourself for the year it was nothing short of a miracle. Then I had to leave you and retire because of reasons beyond my control. I feel I let you down. But you went on and you would have been a success in the culinary world and my weeps for the creations we will never know. But I know that in the kingdom of our father your are happy and I wll see you again. You will be missed and you were so love. Rest well my child and fly with angles.
Love and eternal hugs,

"in my heart, I'll always see you everywhere..."
Diana was such a wonderful, amazing, talented, "smiley" person. I was absolutely blessed by every moment I got to spend with her in and out of the water. This kind of thing is never easy, but I know I am better person because of knowing Diana. I am so thankful for such a beautiful angel watching over me now. I will always and forever "picture her with wings".
In everything we do, may we truly "do it for diana".
WE GOT THIS! always...

To the entire Hahn family- my son goes to school with Emilia. We lost my step son in February in the car accident involving the Godwin students. We do know what you are going through and you are in my prayers and thoughts as you deal with such a tragic loss. There are no words to make you feel better at a time like this, just know how many people love her and are here to support and comfort you all at this time. Take care of yourselves and cherish every memory.

Dearest Linda, Will & Emmy,
Words cannot express the depth of my grief and concern for you and your family. Diana was an amazing gift from God to us and to everyone whose life she touched. Although it pains us tremendously that she is gone, I hope you will find the same comfort as I do in knowing, without a doubt, that she is at Peace with Our Lord in Paradise. God willing, we shall be with her again in time. Bless you and thank you for sharing Diana with us.
Love,
