PURNELL, Doris A., 79, of Goochland, Va., passed quickly after a bout with cancer, Sunday, May 9, 2021. She was preceded in death by her brother, Melvin Daniels; and sister, Shirley Goldsby. She is survived by her sons, Anthony and Christopher; grandchildren, Jina, Tamera and Tamia; sisters, F. Elaine Wadkins and Barbara Jones. Her remains rest at the Robert Mealy Funeral Home, Goochland, Va., where a viewing will be held Friday, May 14, 2021 from 3 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Second Union Baptist Church, Goochland, Va.
