SMITH, Earl C. Jr., 66, of Ashland, departed this life Tuesday, February 21, 2023. He leaves to cherish his memory, loving and caring wife of 44 years, Joyce; loving sons, TyRon (Jennifer) and Gary (Candice); three grandchildren; two sisters, Diane Drake (James) and Karen Tinsley (Reginald); one brother, Michael and a host of other relatives and friends. The staff of Henry W. Dabney Funeral Home is serving his family where he may be viewed Tuesday, February 28, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and where his family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral service Wednesday, March 1, 12 p.m. at Jerusalem Baptist Church, 16210 Short Cut Rd., Doswell.
