Emmett Morgan and I met at Maggie L. Walker HS where we became very good friends. After our graduation and his years of outstanding military service we were re-united as co-workers with the City of Richmond Fire Department where we worked together for many years. Emmett was a GREAT PERSON, Rest in Peace my FRIEND, our GOD will definitely take care of you and your FAMILY forever; AMEN. Leon Jasper, RFD(retired)
