A true leader who loved his family and taught me a lot about leadership during my time with RPD. Had some good times fishing with him and Jerry Oliver.

Rick and I were in the same Academy

Class. I remember, even then, how impressed I was with his dedication and integrity. That impression continued through the years. We were not "hanging out" buddies, but I always thought of us as "friends". Please take comfort in knowing that the world is, in some way, a better place because of him. My sincerest sympathy.
