Dear Marion, I am so sorry to hear about Dr. Dillard's death. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I remember when Dr. Dillard did my confirmation at church. I just think now that he is with my mom in heaven and working hard. He will be missed greatly.
Love always,

Dear Marian, Doug married Frazier and me in 1983 and my daughter in 1987. He was special to all of our family. We are all thinking of you in a spirit of friendship and sympathy.

Dr. Dillard was one of my most favorite people. He blessed me with his leadership as President of the Conference Bd. of Global Ministries and, following that, as my District Superintendent in Alexandria, and, later as our Conference Council Director. He was always a gracious gentleman and I will miss him.

To the Family,
I'll never forget Doug's infectious smile, his kind disposition, his calm, his reassuring manner. Doug married my wife and I, and later helped when it came time to bury my parents. We were all blessed to have him in the Ministry, as you were to have him as husband and father. May you find peace in your memories.

I am so saddened by the loss of Doug. He was always one of my favorites in rehab, as you know. His was such a holy presence. I know they are rejoicing in Heaven, but we are in terrible mourning here. Marion, you were the most adoring wife. My heart goes out to you.
