George Wesley Moody

George Wesley Moody died May 11, 2005. Surviving are his wife, Mary P. Moody; a daughter, Gloria M. Baisey and husband, "P.L." of Chesterfield; two sons, George B. Moody and wife, Gwen, and Mike Moody and wife, Susan, all of South Hill; two sisters, Margaret Baisey of South Hill and Rose Ferguson of Winston-Salem, N.C.; four brothers, Al and "E.B." Moody, both of South Hill, Ernest Moody of Wise, N.C., and Harvey Moody of White Plains; five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Prince Moody; and a sister, Ruby Hite. Graveside services will be Friday at 11 a.m. in Crestview Memorial Park.
