Mr. Wyngaard taught Computer Science at Midlothian High School while I was a student, and I know he had a huge impact on the lives of his students. Many of my friends who went through his class ended up as highly successful engineers in the tech industry. He was a passionate teacher who truly cared about the students he taught. He will be missed, but his spirit will live on through the lives he touched. Thanks for everything, Mr. Wyngaard.

We are saddened to hear via AOG of Col Wyngaard's passing. Jeff is a member of Class of 1979. Jeff and his fiance (at the time) attended a weekend retreat for pre-marital instruction. He and Candy were both leaders of that retreat and we took so many of the things they shared to heart. It must have worked as we will be married 43 years this June. Prayers for the family as they deal with the loss of their beloved Jerry.

We send our deepest sympathy for the loss of Gerry. He was a kind, lovely man. His smile was always welcoming to us. The Wyngaards were one of the bright spots when we were at St. Gabriel´s.
