Dear Jean Marie
I wish to extend my condolences to you and your family.
I worked with Jim in the Results Department at Baldwin Power Station from August 1978 through July 1981. During the summer of 1981 our paths parted when I and Craig Culp (both UMR graduates) transferred to positions as Startup and Test Engineers at Clinton Power Station.
Jim was a kind, gifted and intelligent man. May God grant him eternal peace. May God Grant you comfort in the memories that you shared.

I wish to express sympathy to the Stumbaugh family who have been important in my life and that of my family for over 60 years. Jim was a wonderful person who will be sorely missed by all who knew him. RIP

Dear Jean and all of Stumbaugh Family, I will always remember Jim as dependable, intelligent and kind gentle man. And of course, his gentle smile. The first time he came to the ostomy meeting he was quiet but then from there on he was our speaker, shared his knowledge and assisted at Kenny's closet by sharing his knowledge to others. I am honored to have known such a kind caring soul. Gail
