I work at Food Lion in Quinton, where Mr. Taylor often shopped. Over the years, he told me many wonderful stories. He talked about the military, work and his family. Most of all, he spoke of his wife. He said she was it from the time he knew her. A couple of weeks ago, he showed up with some rabbit. He was an ornery, yet adorable man and I will miss him and our chats immensely. All my thoughts and prayers to the family.

So sorry to hear about Mr. Taylor's passing. Just found out today, 01/23/23. I used to work in the meat dept at the Food Lion in New Kent, across from the C&F Bank. Mr. Taylor and I became good friends. He would always stop and find me to chat, and see how things were going. We moved to the Charlottesville area back in 2020, so I hadn't seen him in a while. I missed our talks, and thought of him often since we moved away. You have my deepest sympathy for your loss. I wish everyone in his family the best. Take Care,
