I would like to take this time to thank everyone who has signed this guest book and the wonderful annonymous person who has sponsored it. All of the support has brought our family some comfort. Knowing there are so many people who care for my brother is a testament to who he was and how he lived his life. I am so proud of both Jason and Angie for forging their own way in this world. I am deeply saddened that Jason will not physically continue the journey with you Angie. He will however, be with you always in spirit and in all of hearts.

Jason, you always made me laugh and I will hold the wonderful memories close to my heart. I miss you so much and will see you again one day. Save me a seat.

We met Jason when we went into the store to purchase tile. After working with him on the purchase; We left feeling we had met someone that had changed our lives. There was nothing specific that he said or did, but like smelling a rose that has a nice fragrance. You always remember the time. You can see and smell others but that one always has it's place in your memory. Paula and I will keep the family in our prayers.

I never got to tell my brother how proud of him I was.....but I did tell him how much I loved and missed him a week prior to this tragic event. He was a man that everyone liked and had a great sence of humor. The hole in my heart will never mend and a day will not go by that I do not think of my brother or his beautiful wife Angie. I will live my life to the fullest but will be happy when I can see him again. Love always

If you never forget In you heart he will still be there even if the way he went wasn't fare. Don't Leave your pillow wet from the tears you've cried knowing he died and you didnt get to say goodbye. Remember he loved you and try to smile and know that his life was worthwhile. When you feel sad talk to him, he's listening, tell him that he is missed and how much you care. No other son, brother, husband, and friend could ever compare to the one and only Jason Carr. An always remember he's in your heart and thats not very far.

To the family of Jason Carr: My family had a wonderful opportunity to work with Jason in the carpet store. He was such a wonderful person to deal with - patient and kind with a terrific sense of humor. We had many conversations about his love of dogs. He was a delight to work with. We are truly saddened by your loss. May the Peace of the Lord be with Jason and all of his friends and family.

You are who you are for a reason,

You're part of an intricate plan.

You're a precious and perfect unique design,

Called God's special woman or man.

You look like you look for a reason.

Our God made no mistake.

He knit you together within the womb,

You're just what he wanted to make.

The parents you had were the ones he chose.

And no matter how you may feel,

They were custom-designed with God's plan in mind,

And they bear the Master's seal.

The death you just faced was not easy.

And God wept that it hurt you so;

But it was allowed to shape your heart.

So that into his likeness you'd grow.

You are who you are for a reason,

You've been formed by the Master's rod.

You are who you are, beloved

Because there is a God!!!

We are sorry hear about the loss of Jason. We didn't really know him but what we do know is the boys in the neighbor really enjoyed his company at the dirt hill. When Jason would come down the road on his dirt bike, all the boys would run to the dirt hill to watch him ride or jump on their ATV's and dirt bike & ride with him. The neighborhood boys will miss him. You & your family are in our thoughts & prayers.

Angie,

It has been years since we have talked but memories of our friendship are fresh on my mind and will last forever. I am so sorry to hear about Jason. I knew even in high school that you two were meant to be together. So when I heard that you two were getting married I couldn't help but laugh because I always told you that you liked him and you always said "NO". I just heard about your loss today and I am so, so sorry! There are not any words to say that will take your pain away. But please know that you and your family are in my prayers. Angie, please keep your head up because even though as of right now it might not seem like the dark cloud will ever lift. But just because Jason is not alive here on earth, he will forever live in your heart and your memories together. Always know that Jason is with you!

July 21, 2005

My daughter, Tiffany is engaged to Chris, Jason's baby brother. My heart is aching for the entire Carr family and everyone who was touched by Jason's short life. Tiffany's life has been blessed to have known Jason. They spent many weekends together with Jason and Angie and loves them dearly! Tiff always said how Jason made her laugh. Just this past weekend Jason was teasing Tiffany with a picture he took of her that was not quite so flattering. Knowing Tiffany would not be happy with this picture, he kept flashing it up on the big screen tv for all to see. Teasing her the whole time. These are the momories that must be cherished and live in your heart. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Never loose faith and know that God needs angels of all ages. Though we are given physical parents at birth, we are truly God's children and only He knows when it is our time to go. Jason is now with our Holy Father and is now one of "His" angels watching over those he loved.

Although I only met Jason one time & conversed by phone about the carpet he helped me work up a price towards (for my former Glen Allen home)...I could tell that he was quite the caring individual.

That particular day, I belive it was Angie who waited patiently on a Saturday afternoon in March of 2004; as he stayed late to help me with my drawings of the rooms and measurements.

I was shocked and sad to hear the news report of his death, as was my young son who heard me speak of him often.

God Bless those of you at Stone Mountain & the entire extended family of Jason Carr.

Children are angels who haven't had a chance to grow wings

They are what joy and life brings

Jason was only 27

When God had his place for him in heaven

He was a husband, brother and son

Some may think not but his life has just begun

As well as he'd light up your life and day, he'd always be in your thoughts when you'd pray

He will now light up the sky and make it as warm as a hot summer day

So take a deep sigh of reliek

And know angles are not made up, it's a belief

And the belief is more than real

Because of the love for your angel you know that you feel

Love Always,

First I want to send my condolences out to the family of Jason Carr. My father, husband and I had the opportunity of meeting thru a ad my father put in the trading post for manual lawn mowers. We had lengthy conversations with him on both visit to my Dad's home and we saw him again when we purchased carpet at his store. We talked about the monster lawn mower he was going to build and he was going to bring a picture by when he finised. From those few meetings, we found a hard working and nice person who had a lot of life to live. We were shocked and suprised when we saw his picture on TV. I know we don't know why God takes our love ones from us when he does, but it is all in His plans and is not for us to question but it hurts just the same. May the love and memories you all had for Jason comfort you during this time of grief. We will keep you all in our prayers.
