Jill Galloway Meske Clements

Jill Galloway Meske Clements, 70, of Richmond, died Monday, November 15, 2004. She is survived by eight children, Karen Clements of Alexandria, Amy Hankins of Richmond, Keith Clements and his wife, Liz of Bryan, Texas, Stephen Clements and his wife, Jessica of Richmond, Michael Clements and his wife, Annabelle of Kurten, Texas, Julie Jones and her husband, Keith, Jane Clements and Joan Flammia and her husband, David, all of Richmond; 10 grandchildren, Michael and Renee Hankins, Erika and Courtney Jones, Danielle Hume, Jack, Grace and Baby Clements, Charles and Jill Galloway Flammia; four step grandchildren, Jeanette Crabtree, Edith Minors, Cheryl Garon and Rhonda Beard; and eight step great-grandchildren. Mrs. Clements was a charter member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, where she was a member of the Human Concerns Committee. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Prayer Group and an auxiliary member of the Legion of Mary and was a Benedictine Oblate. Mrs. Clements was a coordinator of the Adoration Chapel at Mary Mother of the Church Abbey and was a regular adorer. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 9505 Gayton Rd., where a Rosary Service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church. Interment in Greenwood Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church Building Fund.
