JoAnn Gazzaway Obituary

JoAnn H. Gazzaway of Highland Springs died at home on October 29, 2003 after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her loving husband, Gary "Butch" Gazzaway; her sister, Daisy Saunders and husband, Mann, of Coles Point, Va.; her children, Tess Ferguson and husband, Steven, Charles Richardson, William Poulson, Delisa Wheatley and husband, James; three devoted grandchildren, Tyler Ferguson, Charity Poulson, and Alyssa Poulson. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and all day Sunday at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Avenue, where chapel services will be held on Monday, at 11 a.m. with Chaplain Tim Ford officiating. Interment to follow at Washington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Henrico County Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 911, Sandston, Va, 23150.
