My deepest condolences to the Barco family. Joe was my first instructor in Labor Relations and remained a friend through the years. He was the epitome of professionalism mixed with the right amount of humor. His reputation of integrity was unmatched, and I was certainly a better Labor Relations Specialist because of the time he took to train & mentor me. He was a large part of the success I've enjoyed through my career. God rest his soul.

Working with Jennie at Obici, most of our conversations were about family. She has always been devoted to her family. I am so sorry for your loss. Having just lost Gary in October, I know our pain is similar. My love and prayers.

It seems like only a short time ago that I worked with Joe at the shipyard. I have many fond memories of that time. Joe often spoke fondly of his family. I´m so sorry for your loss.
