My Mom, Fran Whittaker, was a neighbor and friend (lived above Josie and Jimmy) until we had to move my Mom to assisted living. Sadly my Mom passed away July 12, 2024, shortly after Josie. She was a wonderful friend to my Mom.

When I managed NCR CORPORATION IN RICHMOND, WE WOULD GET TEMP HELP FROM JOsie at Kelley Services. Thru the years we became good friends. My wife, Pat, even worked for her and they became best friends. Party passed away 3 years ago and Josie missed talking with her on phone. I trust their souls will meet again. I miss them both.
God speed to you. You were a very good person.

I LOVED JOSIE... WE WERE NEIGHBORS FOR TWENTY YEARS AND KEPT IN TOUCH FROM THEN ON. WE LOVED TO EXCHANGE RECEPIES. SHE ALSO WAS THE FIRST PERSON TO WELCOME ME TO THE NIGHORHOOD WITH A BASKET OF MUFFINS... BEING A FOODIE MYSELF I KNEW WE WOULD BE GREAT FREINDS ..

SHE WILL BE SORELY MISSED.
