Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Tuesday, September 12 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 13 at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 1920 Fairmount Ave. Rev. Glendi Ford, officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.

To the Family of Mrs. Julia Hockaday, please accept our sincere condolences during your time of sorrow. Mrs Hockaday will be missed as well as our beloved Angela H. Tyler whom I had the wonderful pleasure of a long lasting friendship attending John Marshall High School and serving as bridesmaid in each other´s wedding. Janice and the rest of the siblings are in our thoughts and prayers. May you have strength, comfort, and peace.
