Kenneth Cooper Obituary

COOPER, Kenneth E., Sr., 66, of Richmond, died November 20, 2021. Surviving are his wife, Glenda R. Cooper; a daughter, Krystal (Shaheed) Cooper; two sons, Kevin (Petrice) and Kenneth E. Cooper Jr.; four grandsons, Kevin Jr., Korry and Kristopher Cooper and Kareem Richardson; mother, Laverne Cooper; brother, William Cooper Jr.; nephew, Eric Cooper; a great-niece, two great-nephews, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Sunday, November 28 from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, November 29, 2021 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Rev. Adam Bond officiating. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the William S. Cooper Scholarship, c/o VCU School of Pharmacy, 410 N 12th Street, P.O. Box 980581, Richmond, Va. 23298. Livestreaming and online guestbook at www.scottsfuneralhome.com.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Kenneth. I met him at Virginia State University and as a member of P Phi P. He was truly a brother that was always there and we will forever miss him. The memories we have will live on forever. May God keep his arms around each of you.
