I´ve only lived in Kevin´s building for the past year, but in that time he fixed several things in my apartment and became a friendly face who always smiled and said hi when I ran into him. He had such a happy and kind demeanor and I know he will be missed. My condolences to his loved ones.

Kevin was a great guy he used to work for the cleaning service at my work and we used to talk football all the time. Kevin was a Redskins fan and I am a Cowboys fan and we used to give each other a hard time. Gonna miss him.

Kevin´s kind words, huge smiles, and thoughtful moments were just a few things that made him wonderful. He gave such dad energy like he was my fan in the most genuine way. He always took the time to say good morning and talk about life. It warms my heart that he probably got as much out of our relationship as I did. He smiled and waved to me whenever he saw me from afar and it made my day every time. He was a thoughtful, kind soul and reminded me of my dad who passed away last year. He will live forever in our hearts and memories

I am deeply saddened by the sudden loss of Kevin. Whenever I ran into him, he was always in such a good mood-kind, pleasant, and with a smile that brightened the day. He truly made a difference, and I will miss seeing him around. Every time I leave the building, I will think of his positive attitude and his constant smile, which will continue to inspire me to live with the same kindness and joy he brought to everyone. He will be greatly missed.

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin for almost 10 years. I will never forget his amazing smile that could light up any room. I am so grateful for the years Kevin dedicated to not only our work team, but also our valued residents and friends. Keeping all that knew him in my thoughts and prayers.
