It is with great sadness that I read of Lem's death. I worked with Lem for 20+ years through his days at DMV, DIT, and HCS. He was a great leader and one of the most innovative people I have known. My heartfelt sympathy for Pat and his family. May God bring you peace, comfort and strength during this time of loss.

I worked with Lem when he was director of Dept of technology. He had a wonderful spirit about that made everyone he talked to feel they had value. We had a great time. Allen, Jean, C.W. H.F Owen Danny and so many others. He made a big impression on my life giving me the confidence O needed to do a better job. Prayers for Pat and the family. So glad to hear his is resting in the presence of the Lord.
