I worked with Reco for 25 of the 48 years that Les was there. Les helped to make those years some of the best of my life. It did not matter what he tasked you to do, he was always there to encourage and support you in every way possible. He always bought a positive, can do attitude, with him no matter where we were or what we were doing. He has left me with so many wonderful memories to cherish forever.

I worked with Les at RECO in the early 80s as a young graduate of Lee-Davis high school. He was a very kind man and I never saw him without a smile. He was a hard, dedicated worker and set an example for a young 17-year old like me. I've often thought about Les and the guys at RECO over the years. I know he will be missed by all.

I worked with Les at Reco 1975 -1980, I have never been associated with anyone that gave his kindness and knowledge to help anyone at any time, the world was a better place because of his presence. I will miss him along with the rest of the world. thank you Les, you made me a better person as a mentor.
