Brenda, Paulette & Sonya I was sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. I had just inquired about her the week before, when I was home visiting 31st St. I did not know that she was ill until then, and even then, I did not know how seriously ill she was. I was out of the country when I received the news of her death and I am just returning home. Please know that my thoughts and my prays are with you. I know that each of you is strong in your own way, because that it how she raised you to be. Trust in God and time will dry your tears and leave you with beautiful memories.

To the Bowman and Ellis Family, you have our deepest sympathy. We had no idea that Mrs. Ellis was ill. We had been out of town and I was catching up on reading and happened to be reading the "Free Press", this morning and that's how we found out. What a lady Mrs. Ellis was. Only trusting in the Lord and time will help your healing. My family will continue to pray for your family. Your former Chesterfield neighbors.

She was always happy to see you - whether you'd seen her yesterday or last year. Please know that the many of us who were touched by her are keeping you all close in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.
