Marcia Lena Parrish Minor

MINOR Marcia Lena Parrish Minor, 93, of Richmond, Va., departed this life Monday, May 21, 2007 at Henrico Doctors' Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Philip A. Minor Sr.; one daughter, Margaret (Peggy) Campbell; two sons, Walter Thomas Minor and Philip A. Minor Jr.; her parents, Walter and Lou Parrish; two sisters, Margaret Parrish and Lucille P. Myers; and two brothers, Roland Parrish and Walter Jack Parrish. She is survived by one son, George R. Minor and wife, Kathy; one daughter-in-law, Judy C. Minor, all of Richmond, Va.; one granddaughter, Heather C. Davis; and one great-grand-daughter, Madeline C. Davis of Colorado Springs, Colo. Mrs. Minor was a longtime member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and a member of many clubs and organizations. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, May 23, at 11 a.m. at Westhampton Memorial Park. Arrangements by the West Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 11020 W. Broad Street.
