To The Marrow family:

During this time of sorrow take comfort in knowing that those around you are praying that God will give you the strength and courage to face tomorrow. It helps to reflect and remember all of the good times that he allowed us to share with Marty. I knew Marty in pasing and from being around my way a lot, he was always friendly and full of jokes, and just doing things to keep you laughing and smiling, come to think about it most of the time when I saw him he had a smile and a very pleasent look on his face. We will all miss having Marty around but his spirit will forever live in our hearts. While we do not know or understand the senseless tragedy that took Marty from us, we know that the Lord knows best and that He never puts more on us then we can bear.

I was just reading about your son in the paper and though I didn't know him personaly he has been on my mind. I would like to say that GOD is always there for you whenever you need him and even when you don't. "Don't worry about anything; Instead Pray about everything; Tell God your needs and don't forget to thank him for his answers. His peace will keep your thoughts and hearts quiet at rest as you trust in Christ Jesus" Philippians 4:6-7

GOD BLESS

It is so sad that marty is gone! I can't even believe it. He was in my homeroom last year and my gym class. marty always kept us laughing with his crazy jokes. Whenever anyone was sad he could always cheer them up.

To the family and friends:

This is becoming an every day event and it needs to be stopped. God knows we need to pray more and take back our streets. It is so unfair to have a young man taken away from us before he has had a chance to experience life.

Praying for a safer city and for a spiritual healing for all of you.

God bless you all!
