I worked nights with Matt a lot and always enjoyed our random conversations and chit chat... such a nice guy. He was just a really sweet, easy going and kind person to know... and that little smile of his will never be forgotten. I am so very sorry for your loss.

Matthew and I went to nursing school and we were in a study group together. I can look fondly back now (despite how grueling school felt at the time) of going over to Matthew's place and pulling all-nighters, making family-style meals and overall using "study time" to blow off stress and just hangout. We were chronically stressed out, but had the group as support. That period of time flew by so quickly, but to know how precious those memories are now is an understatement. It is no surprise that you got accepted into a CRNA program. We always jokingly said you were a genius.
You were too young Matt with a huge future ahead of you. Rest in peace.

I am so very sorry to hear this sad news. My memories of Matthew are filled with memories of his smile and the way others smiled around him and his heartfelt and sincere way of speaking with me - he was always earnest. I was comforted in seeing that he was living a life of meaning and pursue to help others with nursing and his love of animals, which I share. I wish I had greater words of comfort for such an unexpected loss.

Our hearts are breaking with the family. Although we didn´t know Matthew well we knew the Salomonsky family and they were a cherished part of our community. We enjoyed many high school activities together. We grieve with you and pray for peace and comfort for you all.
