Maxine Phillips Malone

MALONE Maxine Phillips Malone, age 68, of Chesapeake, Va., passed away December 25, 2006. She was a devoted wife and mother who loved spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Garland Malone; three children, Lee Malone and wife, Rose of Chesapeake, Catherine Adcock and husband, Jim of Georgia and Christopher Malone and wife, Belinda of Chesapeake; six grandchildren, Christa, Jamie, Zack, Jessica, Taylor and Hillary; and four brothers, Forrest, W.A., Doyle and Dennis Phillips. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday at Williams Funeral Home, Lawrenceville, with interment in Crestview Memorial Park, La Crosse, Va. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home, Lawrenceville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Chesapeake Fire Dept., 304 Albemarle Drive, Chesapeake, Va. 23322.
