Miriam Page Obituary

Miriam Harrell Page, 86, widow of Charles Edmund Page Sr., passed away Sunday, November 3, 2002. She is survived by two sons, Robert Nelson Page and his wife, Elizabeth Burke Page and Charles Edmund Page Jr. and his wife, Nancy Spragg Page of Roanoke; two daughters, Victoria Page Simmons and her husband, Richard Joel Weinstein and Miriam Elizabeth Page of Norfolk; five grandchildren, Sarah Jane Page, Joseph Byron Simmons, Katharine Abigail Spragg, Amy Leigh Page of Chicago, Ill. and Jennifer Page Simmons of Toluose, France; two great-grandsons, Thomas Michael Wendell and Zachary Aidan Page; and one sister, Juanita Harrell Moody and her husband, Garland Talmadge Moody of Suffolk. Mrs. Page was an honors graduate with the Class of 1939 Johnston Willis School of Nursing, founding member of the Richmond Quilters Guild and a long-time member of Grace and Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Friday, November 8, 2002 in the chapel of Westminster Canterbury, 1600 Westbrook Avenue. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Grace and Holy Trinity Childcare Center, 1618 Floyd Ave., Richmond, Va. 23220.
