Nancy Collins Obituary

Nancy Williamson Collins has bought the farm. She left us March 11, 2025. Born in Richmond and raised in Crewe, Virginia, this saucy natural redhead is homeward bound.
She met and married the love of her life, Dewayne Collins. They were married for 49 years and together raised their 3 crazy kids, Pam, Debbie, and Bo. She worked until her retirement at the Capital Region Airport Commission at Richmond International Airport in the accounting department. Nancy loved her family, friends, a good joke, a great meal that she didn't have to cook, ice cream, beaches, adventures, and travel.
She is survived by her 3 children, 2 son-in-laws, 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, her remaining 3 siblings (Lewis, Bess, and Bobby), and a gaggle of her nieces and nephews.
A big thank you for the love and support that the folks at Blue Ridge Christian Homes in Raphine have given to her.
A celebration of her life will be held later this Spring.
In lieu of flowers, please do a random, thoughtful gesture for someone else and think of her. She'd like that!
