I met Paige when I started working part time for the Middlesex County Sheriff´s Office at the Middlesex County Courthouse in January 2009. Paige Bishop was a dedicated law enforcement officer, an outstanding friend, and an outstanding person. After 32 1/2 years in the U.S. Navy and over 25 years as a Deputy Sheriff, I, Like everyone else, have a few friends but a lot of acquaintances. Paige was a friend from the day I met him. Very few of my friends are still alive. If Paige was a friend, you could do no better. Paige is already missed but I doubt if people understand how much he will be missed in the future days, weeks, and months. Friends know. I miss Paige right now even though we haven´t spoken in months. Friends do not have to speak to each other daily. I believe Paige had more friends than most. Starting to ramble so I´ll get off of here. Rest in piece, old friend. I miss you and my other friends.

Virginia Rusty and Nancy you are all in my thoughts and prayers. Paige was a fine and honorable man, husband, father, brother, and cousin. I was always grateful for his kindness and love from the earliest memories of long past family reunions and holiday dinners to more recent times sharing on social media.
I hope you all find solace and peace
