Dear Deborah, Missy, Meredith & Liz,

I had no idea that Nick had been ill and only heard of this news today from a former co-worker. Regrettably, I lost touch with Nick after many of us went our separate ways from A&A, but I will never forget the impact he had on my professional career. I learned so much from him during our 13 years of working together and still think of him often.

One thing I remember vividly is that he adored his family and always spoke so highly of each of you. Nick was a wonderful person with a spirited personality who had a true passion for life. He will surely be missed.

Please accept my deepest condolences. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Respectfully,

Rick Morgan

Debbie,

My thoughts and prayers are with you and the girls at this time of your loss. I have so many fond memories of my days at A&A working with Nick. I’ve kept up with Nick’s battle over the past couple of years through friends that worked with us. He was one fun loving, competitive, guy that you always wanted on your team. He will be missed, but never forgotten

Debbie and family: My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I have kept up with Nick's illness through my many friends in Richmond and am very saddened by his death. He is much too young to be leaving us. He was a very instrumental person in my career path in the insurance industry and I will always thank him for his confidence and encouragement. I loved his laughter and conversation. My love to you all.

To the Orsi family: Our thoughts are with you during your loss. Nick was a nice person and fun to be around, and he will be always be remembered for that. He will be missed by all who knew him. May the beautiful memories you hold close to your heart, bring you peace during this difficult time. "Let not your heart be troubled; Ye believe in God also believe in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself: that where I am, there ye may be also."(John 14:1-4)

To all whom Nick left behind - I am so very sorry for your loss. Nick was a great man who lived his life to its fullest. During the time I worked with him, he was always upbeat and just wonderful to be around. Although I had no contact with him since our A&A days, I have never forgotten his zest for life, and his happy outlook and attitude. It was a pleasure to have crossed paths with him in my life.

How sad it is that he left this life at such a relatively young age. However, he probably packed more "living" into his years than many people who are given much more time. Surely he's hitting the slopes up there and making everyone around him smile.

Hoping that you will find comfort in your memories of Nick at this difficult time and in the future.

Best regards - Carol

Deborah,

Our hearts reach out to you and your family. Nick was a very special person and a great friend. Just remember that a man's friendships are one of the best measures of his worth. Also, while it is not foolish or wrong to mourn those who have died, we must also thank God that men such as Nick have lived.

Debbie, my thoughts and prayers are with you, Nick's daughters, and of course Nick. I've been aware of his condition through various sources; I know this was a difficult journey for you and Nick. I hope that he is at peace now. Knowing Nick, he's once again chattering away, and happy to be able to do so. He's probably catching up with Stuart Cottrell!! I still remember with great fondness, that one move he always did, adjusting his tie and twitching his chin....he will be missed. He was a significant part of my years at A&A. If I can assist you in any way, please call. 272-6041. With deepest sympathy, Julie

Nick and I met almost 50 years ago. We shared good times and numerous memories of our high school and college days. During a summer outing on the James River, Nick saved my life when I was in danger of drowning. In 1962 Nick, Ken Magill and I drove to Ft. Lauderdale for Spring Break in my Volkswagen convertible. Our experiences on that trip could fill a book. He may be gone, but we will never forget Nick and the friendship we had. Our thoughts and prayers are with Debbie and his daughters.

Nick was one of those people who did everything well,ie, athletics, a great conversationist, dancer - boy, could he dance. Nick was loved by many who knew him in the early years at T.J. to his courageous struggles in his later years. By his side through everything was Deb, who had the love of Nick and deserves the respect from many. Nick's jest for life will be missed. My thoughts are with you, Deb.
