Rachel Watts Obituary

Rachel Z. Watts, 83, of Richmond, went to be with the Lord, Monday, March 21, 2005. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Claude G. Watts; her twin sister, Ruth Z. Boyd of Richmond; brother, Walter Guy Zimmerman Jr. of North Carolina. She was preceded in death by a brother, Howard Leo Zimmerman; and a half-brother, Nathan J. Zimmerman. Rachel was a retired employee of Verizon. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Morrissett Funeral Home, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. (Rt. 10). A graveside service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday at Dale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Walmsley Boulevard United Methodist Church, 2950 Walmsley Blvd. Richmond, 23224.
