Richard Kemp Obituary
82, of King and Queen, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Franklin and Helen; his son, Randy; his brother, John; and sister, Joyce Goins. Born March 23, 1942 in Mattaponi, VA, and lived in King and Queen his entire life, Oscar is survived by his wife of 62 years, Alice; son, Ricky (Gale); daughter-in-law, Becki; grandchildren, Owen (LeAnn), Mark (Ashley), Joseph (Emily), Jason (Victoria) and Morgan. Great-grandchildren, Noah, Karli, Reagan, James, Easton and Ryan; sister, Helen Carlton; sister-in-law, Pat, many friends, nieces and nephews and special caregiver, Goldie.
Visitation will be Sunday, 5 to 7 p.m. at B. W. White Funeral Home, Richmond Tappahannock Hwy, Aylett, VA. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 14, 2024 at St. Stephens Baptist Church, 251 The Trail, St. Stephens Church, VA 23148, at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. A reception will follow interment in the social hall. In lieu of flowers please donate to St. Stephens Baptist Church.

Our Thoughts and Prayers are with your family during this time of sorrow. We enjoyed spending time with both of you on Friday night cruise in's at King William High School.
