I was so saddened to hear of your husband's illness and death. It is so difficult to think of your grief with such great people in your life gone so close together. There is no other love as a mother's or a husband's. Please know that I often think of your Mom as she sat with us at the coffee concerts, lunchs and at the house on Maple Road. Her laugh, and humor still such vivid memories. Please accept my deepest sympathy for you and your daughters at this time.

My thoughts are with Bob's family. I had the pleasure of being one of Bob's customers in Chicago and he was such a kind and thoughtful person to work with.

Bob was a not only a good guy or a nice guy, he was a great guy! He helped keep Wachovia's Real Estate Financial Services office in McLean, VA together after Neal Drews past away a few years ago. He was always there to help with a deal or just to talk to. He had a great sense of humor and could always put a smile on my face. He always talked about his beautiful "girls", a true family man who wasn't afraid to show his tenderness towards his wife and daughters. A true gentlemen that will be sorely missed...we are all richer for knowing him. God bless his wife and daughters as they carry on.

Bob was a superb and talented banker, but more important, he was an outstanding guy. I had the privilege of knowing and working with Bob for 10 years, and it was a great pleasure to get to know him as a friend. We had many good times, and did many wonderful projects.

Bob will be missed by all of us, and our lives have been greatly enriched to have known him.

Our deepest sympathies are extended to Cathy, Caty, and Christy.
