Bobby Scruggs, Jr., 68 of Powhatan, VA departed this life Wednesday, November 5, 2025. He is survived by his loving family.
His remains rest at the Robert Mealy Funeral Home, Goochland, VA. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Hollywood Baptist Church, Powhatan, VA with a viewing one hour prior to the service.
