To the family,
Roger was a good friend to my brother, Joseph. Roger was a "project" man. He and Joseph had many projects in the years before he became ill. Roger was a humble man , always had a smile, was friendly, very good natured and doubtful that he knew many strangers who crossed his path. He shared his Christian faith with others.
Please accept our deepest sympathy for your loss.

Our deepest sympathies to Roger´s family. We remember him from my dad´s (Willifords) service station. He lettered a many signs for dad for many years and he was a good friend. Very friendly and easy going.

I remember visiting with the Riggle family when I went to Highland Springs to see my grandparents who lived across the street from the Riggles. Roger always had something funny to say. I frequently saw the family when they visited the Harts in Glen Allen. Condolences to the family. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

So sad to read about his passing. I always remember him as such a sweet, funny, mischievous, man who always teased my mother saying she was older than him when she wasn't.
Prayers go out to his family.

My sympathies and prayers go out to the Riggle family, especially Roger and Amy. They were such an important part of my high-school life at HSHS. I´ll always remember the Amway bus pulling into the driveway.
