Remains rest at Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St., where viewing will take place Wednesday, December 6, 2023, from 3 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the Virginina Veterans Cemetery at Amelia, 10300 Pridesville Road, on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 1 p.m.
