Sarah Alonso Obituary

ALONSO, Sarah Alcover, 97, of Richmond, died May 16, 2024. Survivors include her two sons, Frank Alonso and his wife Lourdes of Orlando, FL, and Hector Alonso and his wife Cathy of Richmond; one sister, Mirtha Castellano of Las Vegas, NV; four grandchildren, Nicole Miles and her husband Tyler of San Diego, CA, Lisa Alonso of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Sarah Bellezza and her husband Michael of Plymouth Meeting, PA, and Alicia Ryan and her husband Michael of Orlando, FL; seven great-grandchildren, David, Shane, Sara, Natalie, Sean, Abby, and Cameron. Sarah was preceded in death by her husband, Francisco; her grandson, David; and by siblings, Antonio, Carmen, Ibrahim, Esperanza, and Luis.

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 24th at St. David's Episcopal Church, 1801 Camborne Road, North Chesterfield 23236, at 10 a.m. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Dale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. David's Episcopal Church.
