Stuart Peyton Obituary

Stuart Cameron Peyton, 65, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 10th, surrounded by his loved ones.
Stuart was born in Richmond, VA, to Simeon C. and Lois Pepper Peyton, who both preceded him in death. Both parents were from Fredericksburg, VA.
He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Vicki Stevens Peyton; five children, Sara Peyton (Nic), Megan G. Harris (Dustin), Lauren Church, Caroline King (Kevin) and Buddy Felch. He is also survived by six amazing grandchildren, Colby, Caleb, Emily, Camden, Parker and Ben; as well as numerous cousins.
Stuart graduated from Hermitage High School. He began his printing career by working part-time at Worth Higgins & Associates after school. Mr. Higgins (Worth) was lovingly admired by Stuart and was his mentor who ignited his passion for printing. Stuart remained in the printing industry his entire life and was working at Conquest Graphics at the time of his death.
Stuart enjoyed many things, woodworking, sailing, German cars and of course, The Redskins. He and Vicki enjoyed historic home tours, antiquing and working in the yard together.
He will be missed by many, including his dog, Pilot and Cassie, the cat.
Stuart's family will gather with friends on Friday, November 14, from 4 to 5 p.m., where a Celebration of Life will follow at 5 p.m. at Bliley's - Central, 3801 Augusta Ave., Richmond, VA 23230.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contubutions may be made in Stuart's name to a charity of your choice.
