Susan Brewster Cook

May 25, 1953 - March 31, 2025

Susan Brewster Cook, 71, of King William, Virginia, went to her eternal home to be with her heavenly father on Monday, March 31, 2025.

She was the daughter of Donald and Pearl (Hosler) Brewster, formerly of Vermontville, by whom she was predeceased.

Susan is survived by her husband Warren Cook, five stepdaughters, Layne Cook, Kim Taylor, Cam Fox, Daryl Cook, Allyn Cook-Swart, and many beloved grandchildren. Susan is also survived by a brother Garth (Dodie) Brewster, sisters Donna Salls and Cheryl (Wesley) Brewster/Wilson, and her goddaughter/niece Kimberly Haugli.

Susan was born and raised in Vermontville but spent her adult years with her husband Warren on the beautiful Pamunkey Indian Reservation in King William.

Susan worked many rewarding years at her job with the state of Virginia.

Susan enjoyed reading, writing, traveling and being with her family. Susan had a strong faith in her heavenly father. Although Susan has requested no services, she will forever be loved and missed by her family and friends.
