My sincere condolences to all of the Waters family and those who knew and loved Ted. Ted was a year ahead of me at W&M and was the RAR on my freshman hall. Ted's keen sense of humor, quick wit, and seemingly endless energy endeared him to many of us. I carry many fond memories of Ted.

Pat, Jerry and John,
I am so saddened by the loss of Ted. A true gentleman, son, brother and friend to so many. I am lucky to have so many fond memories of Ted down at Travelers. To be the son of the owners, he never once let you know it. He was just one of the gang. Often quiet, he could still hold his own. Ted was a giant when it came to honor and trust, and will be remembered for that.
Heaven is a better place now with Ted in it. No more suffering or pain, just Peace.
