The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, June 10, 2024, at Bliley's Staples Mill Chapel 8510 Staples Mill Rd. A graveside ceremony will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at Wesleybury United Methodist Church Cemetery 3071 Theta Mill, Gladys, VA. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation in memory of Victor.
To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

So sorry to read Victor about the passing of your son! I'm Jacqueline Matthews
my husband Stuart Matthews passed on October 14, 2022. I'm also sorry to learn that your wife and daughter have passed also. If you would like to contact me, my # is 804-514-3300. I still miss Stuart everyday. It's mighty lonely if you're living by yourself. I'll keep you in my prayers, take care.
