Victor Wilson Wilmer, 65, born January 30, 1960, passed away on June 29, 2025. Son of Woodrow and Ethel Wilmer; and brother of Kay Mattsson, Becky Via, Shirley Davis, and Rickey Wilmer. He was the beloved father of Michael and Matthew Wilmer; and a grandfather of two boys, Brandon and Logan Wilmer. Sons of Michael. He had an unmatched sentimentality and was known for his sense of humor, work ethic, and ability to take B.S. from no one, being a good friend. He enjoyed cookouts, fishing and being around friends. A remembrance party with be held, 4 p.m. on July 12, 2025, at Eagles Lakeside, 3008 Lincoln Ave, Richmond, VA 23228. I'll miss you Dad.

My condolences to the family, was sadden to see of his passing. Wilson worked along with my father at Baker Equipment and at times would see him at other gatherings. He seemed to always have a comical saying or response for most things not serious and would always try to make you laugh, smile or change your outlook. I'm sure he will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

I remember Wilson working at Baker Equipment a long time ago. Very hard worker and most always had a smile on his face. One of the few softball players who batted cross handed but could hit a softball!! My condolences to the family and I am sure he will be missed greatly! A really good guy!!
