Victoria Wickham Obituary

Victoria Leah Wickham

January 1, 1969 - October 8, 2025

Victoria Leah Wickham, lovingly known as Vicki, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2025, in Montpelier, Virginia. Her departure leaves a profound void in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Vicki was a fun-loving and caring wife and mother whose warmth and spirit touched everyone around her. She shared a devoted life with her husband, Allen Wickham, Sr., and was a proud mother to her son, Douglas Wickham. Her family circle extended lovingly to include her stepson, Allen Wickham, Jr., affectionately known as "Bruce," and her stepdaughter, Crystal Wickham.

Born into a close-knit family, Vicki was the cherished daughter of Charles Corbitt and stepdaughter of Robert Stanley, Sr. She shared deep bonds with her siblings - sisters Bonnie Williamson and Amanda Fayette, and brother Robert Stanley, Jr., affectionately known as "Bo." Her family ties grew even stronger through marriage with her sister-in-law Angie Stanley and brother-in-law Frederick Wickham.

Vicki's legacy continues through the lives of her six beloved grandchildren: Avery, Brady, Samantha, Abigail, Claire, and Aidan. She also held a special place in her heart for her nephews - Anthony, Trey, and Calvin - and maintained close relationships with many cousins and extended family members.

Her life was enriched by enduring friendships with Arlene, Jackie, and Cindy - companions who stood by her side through life's joys and challenges. Their bond was a testament to Vicki's generous spirit and unwavering loyalty.

A celebration of Vicki's life will be held in the near future to honor the joy she brought into the world and the love she so freely gave.

May her memory bring comfort to all who knew her.

I remember her Always being at Granny's. I watched her grow up, so kind so pretty. She recently told me she was one of my grandmother's favorite. I believe it. Her and a family member would go to the graveyard and but a flower on each relative that didn't have one. That is who she was. Kind and considerate, funny beautiful smile and laugh. I know she was so happy to see her Mom in Heaven.

So many wonderful memories. Especially at Granny's. Memories if how much she loved her family. Sometimes her and family member member would go to the graveyard and put one flower on each relative that didn't have any flowers. That is how kind she was. No one could ever take her play. We will miss you.
