Herb and I remember William and family when we lived two-doors from Margaret Slaughter in Virginia Beach. For 15 years we lived in her neighborhood and our friendship became very special. We got to know William and Ricky, especially, when Ricky would play with our sons when he visited his Aunt Margaret. He was a fine man and we want to express our sympathy to his wife, daughter, and grandchildren.
