Mr. Montreal was one of the kindest, most ethical people I've ever known. I admired and respected him so much. My deepest sympathy to all his family. The world truly has lost a bright light.

Irby was one of the nicest and most admired man that I knew growing up as a kid in Blackstone. He was the ultimate gentleman always showing kindness and concern in every conversation I had with him. Blackstone has lost one of the best that God gave to us. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.

We were saddened to hear that Irby has passed away. Even though Bobby's memory comes and goes, he remembers his friend and class mate and said he was sorry to hear about his passing. Our thoughts and prayers to the family and friends.

Though I had not seen Irby in years, I will always appreciate his introducing me to Jaycees when I lived in Blackstone and taking me hunting often, whereupon he walked me nearly to death.
